From Martyn Read at 2009-11-22 14:59:34 : The Putler train is a "budget" welded rail delivery train, involving a converted OBA as a shute wagon (see 110375 on this site) plus YEA Perch welded rail carriers (although other types have been used in the past) - I believe the van is used for tools & equipment in that role as it always seems to travel with the train.
